Wow! Just saw a picture of me two years ago and it was shocking! I could really tell how much weight i have lost especially in my face. I have been having a few struggles the last couple of weeks and felt outta control in my eating which affects other areas of my life so it seems! God has shown me so much correlation between the physical and spiritual aspects of my life, and I am so thankful to Him for never giving up on me and on you too! I think that I have started a thousand diets on a Monday but there is no time like the present!!!! No matter where you find yourself today, you can begin again right now! There is no need to wait until Monday just because the weekend is here because the weekend will be here next week too! It is a decision that only you can make! You decide what you do and what you eat, and what you allow your hands to put in your mouth. Sobering thought isnt it? It is your hands that get the food, pick up the food and guide the food into your temple! In the spiritual realm I am handcuffing myself only to be freed by foods that the Holy Spirit says is ok for my body! Think intentional and act intentional! It will change the outcome of your day where you can wake up motivated and go to bed satified! YOU GOT THIS! YOU AND GOD!
